Tiger basic engine parts cross ref'd to Mustang?

Another Tiger-beginners question... this weekend I want to go through the new
arrival (66 Mark 1a) and replace all the engine consumables, ie, plugs, plug
wires, belts, a few hoses, filters... the question is, are all of these parts
essentially found at any auto parts store looking under the parts numbers for a
65 ford mustang with a 260?  Thanks, Peter.
