Mine (B382000217) is LHD and the ID tag is on the driver's side. The engine
number is 4983-F21KA and the block is black. There is some kind of
rectangular tag on the front end of the passenger side cover but there is
nothing on it. Must of faded away a long time ago.

Mine is LHD with the tiny Ford sticker on the pass side valve cover front.
I have an engine ID plate on the driver side rear.
