Yes it will fit just fine .......

But there is a more imported area to be found out before we continue on with
this head.
Do you which to stay stock, because if you do not know the HISTORY of this
hunk of iron, it would be wise to find out where the compression  ratio
comes in at.
So your first assignment is to clarify that this new head has a clear bill
of health, meaning no cracks, and a compression ratio that is not beyond
your personal choice & abilities to maintain.
