Jim---The clutch fork pin hole is drilled thru to the back side. With
luck, you might be able to tap the broken pin out the 'threaded' end,
using a 1/8" punch or an equivalent. It would be necessary to align the
hole in the shaft with the holes in the fork before starting this
tap-out.

Worst case scenario--Cut the shaft in half and do the broken pin removal
using the convenience of a bench vise to position the parts.
