I actually buy my kits from Dave Sims at Cross Roads Auto Systems in
Pennsylvania. They always come with that gasket.

It looks like that Moss part 696-085 is a 10 cent gasket that is listed
as N/A by Moss, unless you buy it as part of their $84.95 Master Rebuild
Kit (365-970)! I don't see it in the TRF Blue Book illustration page
