Okay - two things.

First - the challenge: remember this detail the next time you do the job. 
Like 10 years from now. GOOD LUCK!! :-) (*)

Second - for the last 10 or so clutch / flywheel jobs I've done, I use 
heat on the flywheel to get it to fit on the crank more easily. That 
method seems to work well. Especially with aluminium.

I don't have my Bentley TR6 manual handy, but it may actually say that 
you're supposed to use heat for this job. Not a LOT of heat, but enough to 
get the flywheel center up to about 200F.

The crank to flywheel is an interference dimension, if I recall correctly.

(*) Will you still feed me, when I'm 65!
