Just plant you Sat. dish in a flower pot and place your newly acquired
house plant on the balcony of your condo, walla you have satellite TV.
Now, they can't bitch about the dish because it is your favorite house
plant. 

Of course this will only work if you have a line-of-sight with the
satellite.

Kool, idea but I didn't think of this. The credit goes to Jim Krider
in Detroit. I saw this trick at his apartment.
