Switching to Motul brk fluid?

Motul bottle says it's synthetic (but not silicone) and do not mix with
mineral base fluids (LHM?). I use Ford HD Dot 3 now, is it mineral based?
If it is, how do I flush it out to replace with synthetic Motul? TIA
