Actual snow started here in Des Moines about an hour ago. Nothing too
serious yet - we had very minimal ice last night, mainly driveways and
sidewalks. The television stations have been making sure we know it's gonna
snow, though.
Bonus: we haven't had ANY snow all winter, so it's like the first snow of
the year and no one can drive. Saw an accident on wet streets at lunch
today... (Of course, that one probably woulda happened if it was dry,
too...)

in a couple weeks, either. Just when I get a 4x4 pickup, too....)
