Press release says US model production number target is 2000. That means it
will not meet the minimum so is not eligible unless specifically classed by
SEB.
The new car is a 2005 model, so not eligible in 2004 anyway, again unless
specifically classed by SEB.
Even if it is ever classed, the Road and Track review indicated a typically
Lotus bizarre front wheel size of 16 x 5.5 with 175/55 tires, so there may
not be any useful R tires anyway.
