I'm putting my little piece of history up for sale:

1997 Eagle Talon AWD, the very first SM car ever built
   - 2002 ProSolo SM Champion/Honda Street Champion car
   - 2004 Canadian *DM* Champion car
   - Multiple divisional etc championships
   - 1.59 second 60' time 0-60 in 3.3 seconds, Oscoda Pro
2005
   - 350 HP / 380 ft-lbs dyno verified
   - a proven race winner and still competitive in the right
hands, or do more development and go even faster
   - has run mid 12's, but should do a high 11 with no
trouble at all
   - 2820 lbs or thereabouts

   Includes comprehensive spares package:
   - spare front hubs
   - 2 sets extra wheels (1 set with virgin Hoosier rains)
   - all kinds of spare or prototype parts
   - tons of technical documentation

access

Wiggins clamps
   - MSD DIS2 ignition with launch control
   - MOMO race seats (although I want to keep one of them)
   - MOMO steering wheel
   - Forced Performance Big28 turbocharger
   - 550cc injectors with Venom fuel rail
   - 18 X 10.5 Enkei RPF1 wheels fitted with 285/18 Hoosier

Price: $20,000 USD You can't duplicate this car for less
than 3 times that.

For $22,000 USD I'll include the trailer (open trailer with
tire rack)

Known Issues:

1) The Bosch LSU Wideband O2 sensor has reached it's useful
life running leaded fuel, and will need to be replaced (it's
a little flaky)

2) Some local miscreant decided he wanted to see the inside
of the car, and broke the passenger side window in. It will
need to be replaced.

3) The Quaife LSD is only good for a set number of
launch-control launches before it goes BANG! If it is
regularly checked, Quaife will replace it free if it shows
cracking - this amounts to pulling the centre diff out every
season and sending it to Quaife to be replaced, and never
doing more than 80 full launches on the trans. It has 36
launches on the current diff, and it would be worthwhile to
have it inspected. Avoid the launch control on sticky
concrete, and you should (knock wood) never have any
problems - or replace the Quaife with a different unit and
forgetaboutit.

Other than that, it has been a dead-nuts reliable car, and
has proven to be more robust than many a Street Prepared
car. And it is a complete rocket ship; there still is no car
in the sport that is faster off the line.

Somebody buy my baby and give it a good home. I'm done.

DG
