I personally just hoped "more people" would be interested in representing
our region. Most people, like yourself, really can't make the whole
weekend. Just don't complain that there is too much racing. Its sad
because other regions only dream of our good fortune.

I can tell you why you will not see me at the national
tour event. For the same reason that you didn't see at
Candlestick on the 21st and Stockton yesterday.

Events on too many Freakin'weekends in a row.

I have limited free time available and in that free
time I have a number of things that I have to do.
Trying to sqeeze everything else in my life into a
Saturday and then show up every Sunday for six weeks
just too much.

This may less of an issue to those of you whose
significant other or family is active in autocross (or
whose significant other IS autocross). My family has
had a lot of things happen lately that mean that I
don't have six weeks of Sundays to commit right now.

I hope that does not make me uncommitted or something
the club should be ashamed of.

Alan
