The cost will depend upon if you do it yourself or have a body shop do it.
Materials will probably cost about $150.
I would guess another 2 - 4 hours to do the work @ $50 per hour in the shop.
This would be just the stripes. No clear over the whole thing.
You could take your car to a shop and get an estimate.
Take a picture with you so they know what you want.
