Gee, Sid - did you ever think that it might not have been the car? ;^ )
In the 14 years I've had my Roadster, the first words out of every woman/girl
who has ever
laid eyes on it have been "What a cute car!" (must have been the Sora blue
paint job). I
learned early on not to protest... "Cute, waddya mean cute? This baby has 120
HP, dual
carbs, overhead cam and a 5-speed tranny and eats MGs for lunch!", because at
that point
their eyes would glaze over and they would lose interest (in the car AND me!).
