Hey Phil
If you don't want to break the bank, run Kelly Springfields. They're a good
servicable tire and
The Beast has a set on her. They will even chirp going around corners. ;)

Talk with you later

Hey fellow Roadster dudes and dudets

Well, just found out my wife's employer is going under and she would like to
try being a stay-at-home mom for a while.

Sell her new car, son (previous marriage) moves in (no child support), take
daughter out of daycare = money ahead.

Dumping new car = need to use Roadster as a daily driver = YIPPEE!!

Daily driver = wife approved new tire purchase.

Soooo, I am looking at Kumho ECSTA HP4 716 ($36.00) and Sumitomo HTP 200
($38.00) on Tire Rack. Keep in mind I need to buy cheap tires - 195/60-14.
Does anyone have experience with these or other tires in this price range?
I have also been looking at 195/65-14 which more closely matches the dia of
original. With a 4 speed, the extra dia is nice at highway speeds. Anyone
driving on 195/65-14's?

Thanks!!

Phil
