I haven't seen that on a motorcycle yet, but I saw a bicyclist the other night
who had some sort of a neon-blue rectangle on his back. Same observation, it was
very visible, much more so than the traditional international-orange or yellow
striping. I was really surprised that blue would stand out so well in the dark.
