Seems like your inspector was having a bad day and took it out on you.

Regarding

(4) right hand tyre (front) protruding

This may be a simple issue..The later roadsters had wider front fenders. I 
once owned a 66 1600 w/ one later fender & one early fender. Took me several 
months to realize why one wheel seemed to stick out more than the other.

Regarding the rest of the items, nothing too surprising. After 35+ years 
front-end parts need to be replaced. All the needed parts should be 
available from the roadster vendors.
