You don't remember how to determine spring rate?
Simple SPRING RATE = GD^4 / 8 N Coil_diameter^3
Thankfully spotted this web page, making it easy:

(The formula given has a slight error as "D" is used for
two different things.... diameter of coil wire is on the to,
mean diameter of the coil on the bottom)
Pretty sure the newer comp springs have the 5 coils in them.
Still the same part number, but seem to recall they were
made in the USA compared to the original Japanese sourced
ones.
