I mounted the battery in a box and also used a metal cage type hold down.  The 
battery is mounted close to the wall separating the trunk from the package tray 
and is on the passenger side.  I ran the cable through a hole on the drivers 
side of the trunk and along the inside of the frame rail.  I put the cable 
inside a thick plastic hose to protect it from getting scuffed.  I grounded the 
battery to the body mounting bolt on the passenger side.  I grounded the motor 
to the frame with two battery cables attached to the fuel pump block-off plate. 
 I plan to mount a master cutoff switch in the opening where the fuel filler 
used to be.
