I have an old 1973 Isky catalog, and the only cam it shows for the U20 is a
Z-196. Can't find anything close to a W76. Maybe a newer model.

that is re-ground on an A cam. Scribed by hand on the cam between the
last two lobes with an engraver is the following (as much as I can make
out).

Any Ideas? I measured 0.380 Lobe lift.
