On The Road Again & Electrical Question

Hi All,

Amazing but true my white 69 2000 has a Pa inspection sticker on it
and is running around the northern Philly burbs. First time since 96
although I have only had it for about 6 months.
Can anyone tell me why my headlights dim when the turn signals are on
or I hit the brake? Alternator/regulator/short? The regulator is not
original and is labeled New Era TVR-811. It does have a new battery.
