floor board resto

I've got my interior out prepping for one of Dean's interior kits.  Two
questions:
 
1)       What's the best way to get the sound deadener out of the floor?
I've heard heat and dry ice.  Thoughts on either way or something else?
2)       I want to replace the bolts in the floor that bolt to the frame.
Size?  Source?
