It's been a long time since my last post. Have been sitting on a big ol'
pile of roadster parts for a couple of years. Started a frame off
restoration of my '69 1600, took it all apart, bought some parts and put new
suspension on cleaned up frame. Got sidetracked by a divorce... Ready to
start working on it again soon. I was going to stroke the 1600, but have
been seduced by horsepower! What other options exist with these parameters?
200+ hp, reliable, relatively easy swap. I have been leaning toward a
Ford Zetec that has been "breathed on" a bit. Also what rear end should I
be using with this much more power over stock?
