Got the door open, and fixed (for now)

The inner door handle didn't work because I had it LOCKED!  The outer door
handle didn't because whatever holds the 5" vertical rod to the door handle
came off, and the rod was laying in the bottom of the door.  Found a washer
and 'C' clip, put it back together, and it works (until the 'C' clip falls
off again - I may put a dab of silicone sealer on it.)
