[Roadsters] oil coming out at base of spark plug U20

so I finally got an engine I'd bought as low mileage rebuilt fired up in the
car I'd dropped it into... sounds pretty decent, but there's oil welling out
around the base of the spark plug for the #3 cylinder- nothing I've ever
encountered before. any ideas? don't think it can be a good thing....
