Attachment of splash shield

The splash shields on the inside of the front wheel wells on my BN7 were
missing.  I purchased two new ones which are predrilled with matching holes
but I don't know what was used to attach them to the inner fender.  Pop
rivets, screws, nuts and bolts, ???  Any help is always appreciated.
