Each is fastened to the iner wheel arch with 4 phillips truss head self 
tapping sheet metal screws. Then there is a bottom strap held to the splash 
shield with a 10-32 posi drive pan head machine screw. The other end of the 
strap fastens to the lower outer bolt in common with the grille assembly and 
the radiator duct assembly. Quite a sandwiched affair!
