I unblocked mine at the same time I swapped in a diff. with new Lempert
gears. (BTW Those gears are THE best mod I've made to the car since
buying it in 1978. Thanks, Mike!) I still don't really use "1st"
unless I'm stopped at a light on a hill with some jerk in a SUV right on
my butt. It is nice to have available, however.
