Simon:
As far as I can remember, the Girling MKIIA servo is interchangeable with
the earlier ones - should work in your tri-carb. I seem to recall that the
difference had something to do with the air filter on the servo.
Are you sure that yours cannot be rebuilt? A sticking servo problem can be
caused by a couple of different things. They are routinely rebuildable if
the bore in the body is okay, and the only way to tell is a visual
examination once the thing is out, apart, and on the bench.
We have been using PBR replacement servos here - they are Autralian made,
and a good piece.

I have a MkII BT7 with a factory fitted servo. Don't all start shouting at
once..there were a few in the typically muddled switch over from BT7 to BJ7.
So, miy servo sticks occasionally and I suspect that the main bore is well
past its sell by date. There's a "Mk 2a" unit for sale over here. Will that
fit my car or is it BJ7s & 8s??
