That pressure sounds doable Doug.   For the future, the Napa Gold 1516 
filter is a Wix product if you care to change over later.   I just purchased 
one for my adaptor unit and it fits and sizes up exactly to the Fram 3600. 
And it has the required non return valve and bypass valve.
