I know Norman Nock can come across as a bit one-dimensional on this list,
and may seem to always be "hawking" his wares here, but Norman is really a
very nice guy and is always willing to spend time with anyone, on the phone
or in person, to help you figure out your problems, even if it means you
don't buy anything from him.
I guess at the end of the day he's got a business which he has to try to
keep making money.... off of a finite client base no less... trust me no one
will get rich working in this industry (with the possible exception of Moss
Motors).
If you don't like it when he tries to sell his stuff, just ignore like I
do.... but when you need something I would highly recommend giving him a
call any time.
