Fresh Air Intake Shut-Off

Hi All, I'm in desperate need of a useable fresh air intake shut-off
assembly.  You know, the thingy that attaches to the bulkhead just to
the left of the radiator.  I need the whole thing but not the flexy air
hose.  If you have one to part with please let me hear back ASAP about
condition, dollars, and shipping.  Many thanks,
