Might I suggest that we discuss this at the Conclave Delegates' Meeting
during the agenda item referring to the HM? Perhaps we will find that others
around the country consistently undergo delay in receiving their magazines and
address an inquiry to the publisher or whoever is responsible for mailing?

HM consistently reaches the VA folks in our chapter about a week or so
earlier than it reaches those of us who live in MD. Are all the magazines
mailed at
the same time?
