I once found a gas leak at a fuel pump fitting. Also, do you detect a
gasoline smell ?

My '65 BJ 8 Ph. 1 consumes way too much fuel, I am getting aroung 13
mpg. The ignition system including timing is checked and basically new,
the carbs are reconditioned. Any ideas?
