Why call a tow truck---just carry a spare Pertronix. I have had the same
one (Pertronix) in my Healey for 7 years and my E for 6. I carry a spare
Pertronix for both cars and it will take a lot shorter time to install it
than a spare set of points. Granted, if I'm on a long two lane bridge or a
no-shoulder road, it will be messy.
