In the end I opted for Bill Bolton's front and rear tie downs and I ordered
them last week. Thanks for all the help.
Off subject - Last night I bought a 1976 Citicar electric car built in
Florida in the seventies. Thirty eight MPH and a fifty mile range for one
cent a mile. It should be an interesting project.
