Go to the seller's website (Ed's link) You can get a much better look at
the cancer on the door. On the side shot, the edge of the rust hole is
clearly visible, and it appears that the area was covered up at some point
in the past with a rattle can.
I would also note that the bad door is mentioned on the eBay auction.
I vote for no photohop, just a bad picture.
