Pure antifreeze for max protection against freezing, pure distilled 
water (with a lubricant and anti-corrosive like Water Wetter added) for 
max protection against overheating.

Or a 50/50 mix of distilled water and antifreeze for all-around use.  
The antifreeze bottle should have a graph listing the freezing 
protection for various concentrations.
