[Healeys] Rotor Bolts

In general Locktite or similar should be used with bolts holding brake 
discs, calipers, caliper halves etc. They should not be used twice but 
renewed when they have been fitted before, however that is a bit over 
the top AFAIAC
Do under no circumstance weld them as they may loose their strength. 
These are grade 8 (at least) bolts.
