BMC in the USA, notes from the April 1967 'SAFETY FAST' magazine.
BMC/HAMBRO, INC., was formed in Jan. 1963 to to handle BMC distribution
in the US. and Puetro Rico using a network of 12 regional Distributors
and nearly 600 franchised Dealers.
BMC/HAMBRO was a 65,000 sq. ft. wharehouse and service shop topped with
over 8,000 sq. ft. of office space and a staff of 127. Data processing
was via an IBM 1440 processor.
Location, 734 Grand Ave., Ridgefield, New Jersey.

Now for the really confusing bit; they overhauled 20,000 SU fuel pump
units BUT the failure rate was less than 0.1% ( What are you blokes
doing wrong?)

Parts Dept held 30,000 items as parts with a value of $10,000 of stock
and ships out $1,200,000 worth to Distributors each month.
