Just FYI, Marshall Plan was also offered in Poland, but the xxx communists
did not accept 'imperialist' money..
Speaking of phones, the country that was very far behind in terms of mobile
phone infrastructure was .... USA.
Sending an sms 10 years ago in US was mission impossible. BUT, when you
dialed 0 in a phone booth a real human being answered!
This has changed now - US caught up I the recent years.
