Keith--

I have the same on my BN1--Dayton 60 spoke wheels and Michelin 180 XAS's,
(which replaced Michelin 175 XzX's).  In both cases the tires sit
"appropriately" within the line of the fenders (I assume "guard" is
Australian for fender).

I do not offhand know the offset of my wheels but if you can measure and
send the offset of yours I will pull and measure my spare and report back.
