I should have explained that we used a variant of the procedure.  The sprin=
gs were already bolted in place, so we ran the strap around the frame and u=
nder the jack, to hold the frame down while we jacked up the spring=E2=80=
=94then we could move the axle to get the peg aligned with the hole in the =
spring while we installed the U-bolts.=20
