You didn't want to hear this.

The stud is stripped where the nut is now, and the thread above the nut is
damaged so the nut won't start to come off again.

A solution is to get in there with a TIG welder (or maybe a MIG if you're
good) and weld the nut to the stud. This does two things: firstly, the heat
of the weld will tend to loosen the stud in the head - not guaranteed to
move, but it helps; secondly, now that the two are joined your spanner will
either unscrew the stud, or more likely snap it under the nut.

Either way you should now be able to remove the pump and work on the stud
replacement problem. I think it's M8 X 1mm pitch.
