Try Lowes or Home Depot.  They sell a self-adhesive closed-cell foam material 
which is faced with quite heavy aluminum foil.  it" about 1/8 inch thick, 1 
foot wide and comes in rolls about 15 feet long.  Usually sold to insulate 
and quiet heating/air conditioning ductwork.  Works just fine
