Thanks so much!  That's a good starting point and I will check it out
when I get home.  I'll convert those to decimals and see what "number"
drill comes between 5/64th's and 6/64's.  Should be close enough!

Don,
I'm not sure about the restrictor in the air pump
hose, but I can comment on the one in the valve cover
tube: a 5/64" drill bit fits somewhat sloppily in the
hole, whereas 3/32" won't go in at all. I think I even
cleaned out some of the crud in taking the
measurement. This was on a '74 CBB.
