I second Wally's recommendation of a power washer.  Best of all is a steam
cleaner, or failing that, a hot pressure washer.  The heat really helps to
break up the grease.  I try to find a strip of old carpet to put underneath
so that afterwards, all the gunk can be rolled up and tossed out.
