Grant-

I was having the same problem with my 235.  I displaced a bunch of the
antifreeze with water, and it made a big difference.  Don't know what the
ratio is now, but I know that straight antifreeze wasn't working.  Now I can
run the A/C in stop and go traffic, and not overheat.  I also have a 180
thermostat.  No modifications-
