I believe Jim Carter sells preformed brake lines, but I would be careful
with that company - I just purchased fuel lines from him that were
advertised as "100% authentic in appearance and fit" but while they do fit,
they are no where even close to the original bends.  And I cannot say the
company stands by their claims.
