Charles:

The roller and rivet/pin to hold it are sold by many parts suppliers as 
individual parts.  Unless you have other problems with your window 
regulator, I suggest you just buy the parts you need.  Replacing the roller 
in rivet/pin is easy, after removing the regulator from the vehicle just use 
a dremel tool grinder or bench grinder to carefully grind-off the backside 
of the rivet/pin to remove it from the regulator arm.  With care, installing 
the new roller and rivet/pin is as simple as using a hammer to 'peen-over' 
the softer rivet/pin to hold it in place.  To find other suppliers, go the 
the CHEVYTRUCKS.ORG website and look up the vendors section.  A number of 
parts houses have electronic catalogs on-line so you can comparison shop.
